MILWAUKEE – (January 7, 2008) – Johnson Controls, Inc., the global leader in smart environments, today announced the acquisition of Metro Mechanical, Inc, a mechanical services company located in Phoenix. Specific terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
Metro Mechanical, Inc. provides retrofit, maintenance and repair services for commercial, industrial and institutional customers throughout the Phoenix region. The company has approximately 200 employees.
