TAC acquires Informationssystem AB and ProAxess AB strengthening its position in integrated security

       TAC, world leader in building automation, security solutions and energy services, acquires Informationssystem AB and ProAxess AB. Headquartered in Sweden, Informationssystem has been an active player on the security scene since its origin in 1982; the company is today a market leader in CCTV for qualified customer segments. ProAxess, a sister company with core competencies in access control, is also included in the deal. The acquisition is an active step in fulfilling TACs strategy to offer integrated solutions for security and building automation.

       The acquired companies are geographically active throughout Sweden. Apart from headquarters, development and production management, Informationssystem and ProAxess have regional offices in Gothenburg and Stockholm.
